Your satisfaction with the final product is my primary goal, so communication is key. Please regularly check messages where we are communicating, and tell me immediately if there is any problems with the artwork so they can be fixed. I am happy to do fixes to the art, within reason. If you are asking for large scale changes, especially later on in the process, there may be additional fees to compensate for the additional hours of work. Additional fees will be discussed immediately, giving you an opportunity to back out of those changes if necessary.

After we discuss the details of your commission, payment is required through PayPal before I begin on the art. I will invoice you, do not send payment through "family and friends". For commissions worth $60 and above, half of the payment can be paid upfront, and the other half paid when the art is nearly finished.

Full refunds are only available up until I begin on the art. If the art is still within the sketch phase, you can receive up to a 50% refund. Any further along, and no refunds are available. You’ll receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason I’m unable to finish the commission.

No ill behavior will be tolerated. I have the right to cancel your commission at any time for said behavior.

Delays may arise depending on the following factors : order of commission, complexity, health, work, school, or family issues.

Unless otherwise clearly specified, all art purchased is fully digital and no product will be shipped to you. You will receive a PNG / GIF / MOV of the final product through messages/email.

You may not use my art for any commercial purposes. If you wish to use my art commercially, you are required to inform me of this before I start the commission. You may print/use my art, with credit, non-commercially. Using my work as NFTs or to be fed into an AI is strictly forbidden.

I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion, unless we otherwise negotiated a deal. I will do my best however to credit you for ownership of the character design.
