I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion, unless otherwise negotiated. I will however credit you for ownership of the character design.

You may not use my art for commercial purposes (e.g. selling it on shirts, stickers, using it as a logo, etc) without informing me. If you wish to use my art commercially, you are required to inform me of this before I start the commission and we can negotiate the price. You may print/post my art, with credit, non-commercially. Using my work as NFTs or to be fed into an AI is strictly forbidden.

For purchased/commissioned character designs, you may sell or trade the ownership of that character design. The new owner of the character design must be informed of how to credit me for the design.

If you purchased or commissioned a character design, you may redesign them as heavily as you see fit, however the original creation of the design must be credited to me.

After we discuss the details of your commission, payment is required through PayPal or Ko-Fi before I begin on the art. For large commissions I am willing to discuss payment plans.

Full refunds are only available up until I begin on the art. If the art is still within the sketch phase, you can receive up to a 50% refund. Any further along, and no refunds are available. You’ll receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason I’m unable to finish the commission.

Your satisfaction with the final product is my primary goal, so communication is key. Please regularly check where we are communicating for updates. If I receive no communication from you for 30 days (without informing me prior that you will be unavailable for 30+ days), your commission will no longer be completed and you will not be eligible for a refund.

Please inform me immediately if there is any problems with the artwork so they can be fixed. I am happy to do fixes to the art, within reason. If you are asking for large scale changes, especially later on in the process, the changes may be refused or there may be additional fees to compensate for the additional hours of work. Additional fees will be discussed immediately, giving you an opportunity to back out of those changes if necessary.

Work will typically be done within 1-2 weeks, but may take up to a month depending on a variety of factors. Any delays from the initial expected completion date I give you will be communicated to you ASAP. If you need the art completed by a specific deadline, you need to communicate that deadline to me before payment is sent. No deadlines can be set by the you once payment is sent, however I will do my best to hit any requested deadlines politely asked for, within reason.

If I am unable to complete the artwork within 30 days of the originally set expected completion date due to injury, illness, or other life situation on my part, a full refund will be issued.

No ill behavior will be tolerated, including but not limited to transphobia, homophobia, unconsensual sexual topics, or aggressively demanding updates/completion of the work before the set date. You will be given a single warning before you are at risk for the commission being canceled. I have the right to cancel your commission with a 50% refund if it's within the sketch phase, and no refund beyond that point if your behavior becomes abusive and you ignore the warning given.

Unless otherwise clearly specified, all art purchased is fully digital and no product will be shipped to you. You will receive a PNG / GIF / MOV of the final product through messages/email.
